All sales are final with the exception of goods which arrive in non working order. In such a case, please report your issue with in 5 days of delivery, along with details, at email@example.com if we deem that the product arrived in non-working order and it is not related to shipping damage, you will be permitted to return the product, provided that you cover shipping, then provided with 3 business days to ship to our location for a full refund excluding shipping fees.
For damage incurred through shipping, please contact and place a claim via USPS.
All sales are final. We only accept returns for defective items within 5 days from when you package arrived.
If you receive a defective device, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a return. We will assess the issue and if it is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note that we do not cover any duty fees or taxes imposed by your local government. We also cannot control shipping times once the order arrives at customs. You are responsible for any additional fees or taxes imposed by your local government.
